Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting client and contractor needs, as well as business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insert candidate data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Contact Contractors for credentialing and billing purposes
  • Assist with candidate background checks
  • Verify Contractor credentials and communicate availability to assigned team members
  • Maintain follow-up status of candidates, including interviews and placement
Requirements
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Excel, Word, and Google documents
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role, preferably with continuous phone use
  • Comfortable providing detailed directions over the phone and via email for billing or invoice challenges
  • Demonstrate outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
