Role Summary

As a member of our Truck Service team, which consists of nearly 3,000 skilled technicians nationwide, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In the position of Truck Service Advisor (TSA), your expertise in our products and services will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include creating work orders, promoting our services, and managing over-the-counter transactions, all while ensuring that every traveler leaves in better condition than they arrived.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive and engaging environment that prioritizes outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and service capabilities.
  • Utilize strong sales techniques to enhance revenue through suggestive selling while upholding integrity.
  • Accurately document and process work orders and transactions, including preparing quotes and securing purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for parts sourcing and delivery.
  • Complete end-of-shift reports and manage various payment methods.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in service areas, including customer restrooms.
  • Uphold safety standards for both customers and team members.

  • A team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles; experience in repair or parts shops is preferred.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient suggestive selling abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
