We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **Fleet Mechanic** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring their optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including trucks, trailers, generators, and other specialized machinery.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
  • Repair and replace worn or damaged parts, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and labor hours.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two-year technical degree or certification in automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment repair preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Fleet Mechanic or similar role, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
