">Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Manufacturing & Distribution – Industrial Division team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and maintain knowledge of diverse products and their applications within the industry.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) to manage medium to large amounts of accounts.
- Assist CSRs and fellow sales representatives with questions or guidance.
- Perform full-range sales duties, working in a team environment.
- Meet proposed quotas and forecasted sales expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer office meeting communication tools.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Compensation and Benefits Package
">- Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
