">The Inside Sales Representative position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop knowledge of diverse products and their applications within the industry.
">Duties and Responsibilities
">- Learn about new and current products, as well as their applications within the industry.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) to manage medium to large amounts of accounts.
- Assist CSRs and fellow sales representatives with questions or guidance.
- Perform full-range sales duties, working in a team environment.
- Meet proposed quotas and forecasted sales expectations.
Skills and Qualifications
">- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in sales.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and computer office meeting communication tools.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
">- Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
