3.0 Position Overview

The Client Billing Specialist is accountable for the daily billing operations associated with inspection and testing services conducted by the branches. This role involves ensuring that all field and laboratory data is accurately billed and entered into the company and/or customer systems in accordance with established policies and procedures.

4.0 Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in billing systems preferred.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Experience in Petroleum and Chemical Inspection and Testing Services is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, including the ability to write, read, and engage in business conversations effectively. Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Edge Browser, and Google Documents is required. The ability to perform various tasks independently is also important.
5.0 Physical Requirements

  • Generate invoices using accounting software based on the services rendered and documented in each file.

  • Collaborate with local branches to clarify any billing inquiries.
  • Distribute approved invoices to clients via email or through customer-specified portals.
  • Produce billing reports from internal systems as required to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to support the team's objectives.
