Job Title: CRB Billing Technician

At Camin Cargo Control Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRB Billing Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review completed invoices for accuracy and ensure all services performed and documented in each file are billed.
  • Compare work performed with client-specific billing instructions to ensure invoices are billed according to contract terms.
  • Prepare job cost estimates as needed.
  • Generate billing reports from internal systems as needed to complete tasks.
  • Compile and distribute client-specific summary invoices as assigned.
  • Provide feedback and training to the billing team to minimize errors and maximize revenue.

Requirements:

  • High school degree (or equivalent) and minimum 2 years of experience in billing systems.
  • Strong math and computer skills, with the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in Petroleum and Chemical Inspection and Testing Services is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to write, read, and hold business conversations.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Edge Browser, and Google Documents, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently.

Work Environment:

This position will be in an office setting, but field work may be required. The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, reach overhead, stoop, and squat, and wear protective equipment if required.
