Job Overview

As a Salesforce System Administrator at Affinity Federal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the effective delivery and upkeep of a premier CRM platform. Your responsibilities will encompass the configuration, design, testing, and user support of Salesforce.

The Salesforce System Administrator will work closely with departmental leaders to identify, define, and implement modifications and enhancements that align with business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. A successful candidate will be driven, collaborative, and adept at working across various teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all facets of user and license management, including onboarding, transfers, deactivations, profiles, roles, hierarchies, record ownership, permissions, public groups, and sharing protocols.
  • Implement configuration adjustments, such as assignment rules, restriction rules, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, custom settings, custom metadata, actions, web-to-lead and web-to-case, list views, dashboards, and reports.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Salesforce Flow functionalities.
  • Manage security settings, conduct regular audits, and perform health checks to enhance system security and performance.
  • Address user support inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide support post-launch and ensure timely resolution of issues to maximize the benefits of enhancements.
  • Administer sandbox environment configurations.
  • Engage in data discovery processes utilizing data management systems and other data sources.
  • Evaluate new releases and implement new functionalities.
  • Regularly review data to identify and rectify integrity issues, performing data cleanup and de-duplication as necessary.
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in testing new functionalities.
  • Implement and manage integrated applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to coordinate necessary code modifications.
  • Assist in addressing business challenges and work with stakeholders to define system requirements.
  • Help translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate communication and manage the resolution of risks, issues, and changes related to the Product Backlog.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce products.
