**Job Overview:**

SBD Housing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Success Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for inbound calls, you will be responsible for qualifying assets, answering questions, educating clients, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required, with previous experience in customer service or inbound phone sales preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-qualify incoming leads and identify appointment opportunity windows
  • Educate prospects on our value proposition and build rapport
  • Complete quality assurance follow-up calls on scheduled appointments to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop new business relationships with homeowners and wholesalers to expand our prospect database
  • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for our company scorecard
