Insurance Development Specialist

This role involves marketing, prospecting, and selling American Family Insurance products in all product lines. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics to identify business development opportunities for all product lines
- Use consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers and contribute to the growth of the Agency
- Collaborate with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers and enhance customer relationships
What We Offer
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Active insurance license required
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.) and digital devices
