Role Description

This role involves marketing, prospecting, and selling American Family Insurance products in all product lines. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of local market dynamics to identify business development opportunities for all product lines
  2. Use consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers and contribute to the growth of the Agency
  3. Collaborate with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers and enhance customer relationships

What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.


Requirements
  • Active insurance license required
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.) and digital devices
