Part-Time Key Holder

Role Overview

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about their communities and the environment. Our dynamic retail team is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating leadership on the sales floor. Successful candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting relationships, always prioritizing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service with a high level of professionalism.
  • Show a genuine interest in sustainability and a willingness to learn about our values and practices.
  • Educate customers about our products and brand ethos.
  • Foster a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere.
  • Assist management in upholding store standards.
  • Safely manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash register operations.
  • Communicate effectively regarding daily reports and operational issues.
  • Address inventory discrepancies and collaborate with management on solutions.
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the business to support team objectives.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Perform routine store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing.
  • Lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs safely.
  • Comfortable using ladders as needed.
  • Assist with inventory shipments and maintain stock room organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a retail setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in styling and creating cohesive looks for customers.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
