About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced and passionate Executive Property Manager to join our clients team in New York.

The ideal candidate will have worked within facilities in the financial/Banking sector or a similar high-end corporate environment.

Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensure that all buildings and grounds are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of facilities staff, overseeing budgets, P&L and implementing efficient processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage the team and Supply Chain Partners to ensure exemplary Property and Facilities Management services are provided to the client and client staff.
  • Manage resources and promote an ethos of teamwork and to install a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Offer support and guidance to ensure that workflow is delivered effectively and to develop the team so that they achieve their full potential.
  • Lead the team to achieve a best-in-class service delivery model for the client, ensure team and support chain partners are managed and motivated to improve service delivery and bring innovations to the workplace.
  • Develop a relationship built on trust with the client in addition to contributing to the development and success of the company by supporting the management team through business development and operational activities.
