Job Title: IT Asset Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Program Manager to join our team at JS Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the company's technology hardware and associated software asset portfolios enterprise-wide.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HAM and SAM in a banking environment, specifically with FDIC and OCC regulations. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing asset lifecycle management policies and procedures, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on ITAM practices, and establishing strong partnerships with IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce asset lifecycle management policies and procedures aligned with the institution's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish strong partnerships with IT teams to successfully manage and maintain the data integrity and completeness of the IT asset inventory.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements related to IT asset management within the financial industry.
  • Generate regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders, offering insights into IT asset performance, compliance status, risk, KRIs, and mitigation strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and guiding the team in implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience or 9+ years of comparable work experience.
  • ITIL, Helpdesk Institute (HDI), PMI, Cisco or Microsoft Certifications preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in building IT Asset management framework.
  • 3+ years program management experience.
  • Large bank (FDIC/OCC) experience required.
