Fraud Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fraud Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by resolving multi-product fraud-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and identify potential fraudulent situations and suspicious activity through monitoring of card alerts and fraud prevention reporting.
- Process disputes and fraud claims in accordance with client policies and guidelines.
- Provide a high level of professional and courteous service using empathy when needed, while conducting account investigations.
- Log cases in database detailing actions taken on accounts and conversations with customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer/client service experience, including experience handling difficult client situations.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to successfully pass a criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprint.
