About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead or Principal IT Architect to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Architecture practice, you will be responsible for developing leading IT concepts and architectural solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, researchers, technical experts, and consultants to develop innovative IT solutions.
  • Apply your technical expertise and understanding of business contexts to enable organizations to technically transform.
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and apply that knowledge to drive business value for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Masters in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls & engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with more than 4 years in architecture discipline.
  • Superior technical knowledge, engineering rigor, and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to explain complex technology topics to senior executives.
  • Extensive technical expertise and knowledge of various technology stacks, mainframe architecture, cloud native applications, omnichannel architecture, integration methodologies, and more.
