">We are seeking an experienced RN to join our incredible team at MultiCare Hospice. This opportunity allows you to utilize your specialized training, knowledge, and nursing care with a multidisciplinary approach. ">Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize, delegate, deliver, and evaluate patient care on an ongoing basis
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver care according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and healthcare teams
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting patient autonomy, dignity, and health from diverse backgrounds
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or obtained within five years; 15+ years of service or internal candidates may be considered in lieu of education agreement
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement
- Current BLS Certification
- National Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred
- One year Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
- Medicare Certified Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
