Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Envision Hospice, serving patients and families in the King, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap county area.

Compensation:

$107k - $114k per year, based on experience

Our Registered Nurses earn an hourly rate of $51/hr to $55/hr, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with Envision Hospice, you will be responsible for:

  • Making patient visits to assess their needs and provide personalized care
  • Coordinating all aspects of interdisciplinary care and services provided to hospice patients and their families
  • Providing education and support to families and caregivers
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing healthcare plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Advocating for patients and their families to ensure their voices are heard
  • Promoting comfort and quality of life through symptom management and other interventions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license to practice in the State of WA
  • A current WA driver's license and reliable transportation
  • At least one year of nursing experience, with hospice experience preferred but not required
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent observation, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
  • The ability to organize and prioritize your workload independently
