Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting directly with healthy volunteer participants while learning to read clinical research protocols and working in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-standard care for participants in clinical trials, utilizing nursing skills, knowledge, diagnosis, and judgment.
  • Document adverse events, take appropriate action as needed, and utilize nursing assessment skills to observe participant general well-being and potential adverse events.
  • Obtain informed consent, educate, explain, and inform participants of study procedures, administer investigational compounds according to protocol and applicable regulations.
  • Perform study-related activities such as cannulation, telemetry, holters, vital signs, ECGs, venipuncture, and undertake any other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree/BS in nursing with current licensure in applicable state.
  • CPR/AED certified.
  • ACLS Certified.
  • 2-3 years nursing experience; previous research nurse experience is ideal but not mandatory.
