  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the housekeeping department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in housekeeping operations and procedures.
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
