- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the housekeeping department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in housekeeping operations and procedures.
- Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
