Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our global sales and marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a global sales team to exceed targets
  • Implement and drive global sales and marketing plans

  • Manage the entire sales funnel and pipeline
  • Provide actionable insights on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical qualification is a plus
  • 5-7 years of technical sales leadership experience, preferably in warehouse robotics or automation for garments
  • Strong experience in international sales, particularly in North America and Europe
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical systems and deliver clear, ROI-driven business cases
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office suite
