As a Store Protection Specialist at Ross Stores, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Your primary duties will include:

• Mitigating theft and fraud by identifying and addressing potential safety hazards and theft indicators on the sales floor.

• Providing a visible presence at the Store entrances and exits to deter opportunity for theft and maintain a secure environment.

• Wearing a Company-issued vest and required black attire to demonstrate a "command" presence and deter potential thieves.
