Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PRN Specialist to join our team at Trios Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical history and referrals to develop personalized plans of care.
  • Diagnose and treat patients' functional impairments and mobility issues using evidence-based techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing pain, preventing further injury, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
