The position focuses primarily on advising institutional benefit plan investors and reviewing/negotiating key plan service provider arrangements.

An ideal candidate will have experience working on investment deals involving different asset classes/strategies, including private funds, investment management agreements, collective investment trusts, mutual fund participation agreements, and Title I of ERISA.

Familiarity with reviewing and negotiating plan service provider agreements is a plus.

Qualifications
