Job Title: Senior Attorney

Centre Law and Consulting is a certified Woman Owned Small Business headquartered in Tysons, VA. We are seeking a Senior Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize, review, code, and tag documents for relevance, confidentiality, and privilege.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents upon request.
  • Perform legal research using Lexis Nexis, Westlaw, and various other online databases and sources.
  • Support agency attorneys with discovery and communication to opposing counsel.
  • Prepare briefs, legal memoranda, and motions.
Requirements:
  • Active U.S. bar license and good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Reside in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC.
  • Access to high-speed internet and proficient in modern technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction.
