Amerestore is seeking a highly motivated Disaster Restoration Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our commercial services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve yearly sales targets.

We are an emergency response company that operates 24/7/365, specializing in commercial disaster restoration services. Our company culture emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning to ensure we stay competitive and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated at $60,000 per year, with uncapped commission potential based on business growth. Additionally, you will receive a vehicle stipend for fuel, maintenance, mileage, normal wear, and tear for your personal vehicle used for business purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute specific sales strategies to achieve yearly sales targets of $2,000,000.
- Identify potential clients, initiate contact, build route schedules, communicate effectively and consistently.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to achieve a retention rate of 95% or higher.
- Participate in industry and community events to expand your professional network and promote our services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide timely reports to management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
