As a Service Dispatch Coordinator at Marriott International, you will be instrumental in enhancing guest experiences by efficiently managing communication and service coordination.
- Monitor shift logs and daily reports to ensure accurate documentation of essential information.
- Receive, document, and relay messages in a timely and precise manner.
- Engage with relevant departments such as Bell Services, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, or Security to resolve guest inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate the dispatch of bell staff or valet services as needed and inform guests about parking protocols.
- Ensure the safety and security of vehicles and keys, oversee parking areas for cleanliness and safety, and report any issues to management.
- Address and manage all guest communications, requests, inquiries, or concerns to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a professional demeanor, and safeguard company resources.
- Welcome and assist guests, promptly addressing their needs while communicating effectively with team members.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and utilize technology for work-related tasks.
