Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee our client's project. This role is essential for ensuring the successful execution of construction activities while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Provide leadership and direction to construction personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with various trades, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, working closely with the Project Manager to identify variances and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and construction codes to prevent fines and work interruptions.
- Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring quality and efficiency in all tasks.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and change orders, to keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to effectively manage construction teams and communicate with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $50-57, commensurate with experience.
