Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Construction Carpenter Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction area, managing schedules and attendance of a small field crew, and ensuring the safe use of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret project blueprints to ensure accurate construction
  • Manage and coordinate the work of a small field crew (2-4 field staff)
  • Oversee the construction area and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment
  • Emphasize and enforce the safe use of all tools and equipment, including safety gear such as helmets and goggles
  • Manage employees to ensure projects are completed on schedule
  • Perform hands-on construction work daily
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of carpentry experience in commercial projects
  • Ability to work as part of a team of 2-9 carpenters
  • Own basic carpentry hand and power tools
  • OSHA 40 certification required
  • Experience working on hospitals or medical facility projects is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle/truck are a plus
