Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Construction Carpenter Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction area, managing schedules and attendance, and ensuring the safe use of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret project blueprints to ensure accurate construction
  • Manage a small field crew (2-4 field staff) to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee the use of tools and equipment, emphasizing safety and proper use
  • Manage employees to ensure projects are completed on schedule
  • Perform hands-on construction work daily, demonstrating expertise in carpentry
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of carpentry experience in commercial projects
  • Ability to work as part of a team of 2-9 carpenters
  • OSHA 40 certification required
  • Experience working on hospitals or medical facility projects is a plus
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle/truck are a plus
