Job Title: Program Manager

At DHD Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the successful launch and growth of a new mobile application for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital program management, particularly in the retail or quick-service restaurant (QSR) space, and will possess excellent project management skills with a focus on customer experience, retention, and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Mobile App Launch: Oversee the execution and implementation of the new mobile application, working closely with the analyst and technical manager to monitor and evaluate app performance.
  • Program Management: Define program success metrics, develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and allocate resources. Proactively identify risks and escalate challenges to leadership, providing actionable solutions.
  • Strategy Development: Devise a data-driven strategy to improve customer experience and drive retention, frequency, and acquisition. Ensure alignment of program objectives with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and leadership to ensure program objectives are met and continuously optimized for performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, regularly updating stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement mechanisms for continuous improvement, prioritize new capabilities for the program, and manage the product backlog to ensure ongoing program development.
  • Technical Coordination: Work closely with development teams and stakeholders, especially in partnership with Korea HQ, to understand technology constraints and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate any roadblocks with proposed solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree (required); advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in digital program management, with a focus on retail or QSR brands. Experience in loyalty programs and digital strategy is highly preferred. People management experience is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with IT practices, including infrastructure, database management, and digital platforms. Proficient in project management and analytic tools such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS. Strong skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or franchise brand management is highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Language Requirements: Bilingual in Korean and English is required (fluency in both languages is critical due to collaboration with CMO and other stakeholders).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
