Job Title: Pricing Analyst Lead

Lennox International is seeking a Pricing Analyst Lead to join our team. As a Pricing Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing the pricing of our goods and services to stay competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and make recommendations regarding pricing policies.
  • Maintain historical pricing data on the organization and its competitors.
  • Use internal cost information to help analyze competitive pricing of products or proposed cost reductions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to forecast pricing models.
  • Provide insights on the impact of pricing changes on growth rates and profitability.
  • Perform analysis to understand customer price sensitivity and the impact of pricing changes to the business.
  • Work with product management and field sales management on price development.
  • Conduct pricing analysis in areas that require extraordinary understanding of the pricing data, analytical methods, and business profitability optimization.
  • Provide work direction to other pricing analysts.
  • May prepare profitability analysis for incremental sales opportunities.
  • May develop historical pricing reports.
Requirements:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years related experience.
  • Requires strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
  • Requires understanding of financial data, competitive markets, and pricing dynamics.
  • Must have deep business acumen.
  • Requires knowledge of competitor products.
  • Must have knowledge of SAP query design and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Must be effective in written and verbal communication.
  • Must be able to provide work leadership to reach objectives.
  • Must be able to provide consultative support to multiple stakeholders.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is approximately $85,000-$106,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
