Safety and Housekeeping Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security patrols.
  • Implement hotel security protocols.
  • Safeguard property against theft, fire, and accidents.
  • Investigate and document incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety hazards, and other security-related matters.
  • Provide assistance to guests, employees, and visitors as needed.

Housekeeping Responsibilities:

  • Engage with team members and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure cleanliness of hotel grounds, entrances, storage areas, waste disposal sites, guest and service hallways, elevators, staircases, and guest rooms.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance concerns, room damages, or missing items.
  • Deliver items to hotel guests as instructed.
  • Assist with various equipment and fixtures such as TVs, thermostats, and light fixtures.
  • Support laundry and housekeeping departments as required.
  • Properly distribute linens, housekeeping supplies, and room amenities.
  • Maintain a well-stocked cart with cleaning and paper supplies.

  • Flexibility in scheduling, including potential overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with security operations, safety practices in a business context, and enforcement procedures.
  • Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred but not mandatory.
