Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Host Associate to join our team at Denco Family Inc. As a Breakfast Host Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Breakfast Setup and Service: Set up the breakfast room as described by the housekeeping supervisor and management, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
  • Guest Service: Provide prompt and professional service to our guests during meal functions, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Stock the breakfast room as needed, maintain a clean and orderly workstation, and ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Assist with setting up and breaking down dinner tables, reception tables, and buffet tables after functions, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare an inventory list of breakfast items on a weekly basis and receive and put away delivered items in a timely manner.
  • Guest Room Duties: Be trained in housekeeping and perform guest room duties as assigned.
  • Food Safety and Handling: Take and complete a course to receive a food service handling card and adhere to all company policies and procedures related to food safety and handling.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, bend, move heavy equipment, and remain on one's feet for extended periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Must have good communication skills and be able to work effectively with a team.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Must be team-oriented and dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that the brand's highest standards are met.
