Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Leasing Manager to join our team at Link Apartments Montford in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our community to the world. With your expertise in both apartment management and marketing, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant living experience that exceeds our residents' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Online Presence: Ensure our website is up-to-date and visually appealing.
  2. Social Media: Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with our community and promote our brand.
  3. Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses to promote our community and services.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor our website traffic and analyze our marketing efforts to optimize our strategy.
  5. Property Maintenance: Ensure our property is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  6. Resident Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  7. Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our marketing and development teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  8. Event Planning: Organize events and activities to engage with our residents and promote our community.
  9. Team Management: Supervise and train our leasing agents to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  10. Performance Monitoring: Monitor our performance metrics to ensure we are meeting our goals and objectives.
  11. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and adjust our pricing and services accordingly.
  12. Move-In/Move-Out Process: Ensure a smooth move-in and move-out process for our residents.
  13. Property Tours: Provide tours of our property to potential residents and ensure they are well-informed about our community.
  14. Compliance: Ensure we are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing and ADA laws.
  15. Financial Management: Manage our finances, including rent collection and payment processing.
  16. Team Support: Provide support to our team members as needed.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in residential property management and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Yardi, and experience with PhotoShop, InDesign, and Canva.
Physical Demands and Environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to different properties and new development sites.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate stairs.
