Job Title: Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager at The Capital Group Companies, Inc., you will play a crucial role in leading sales initiatives in the RIA channel. Your primary responsibility will be to identify the needs of firm representatives and coordinate efforts to serve those needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales initiatives in the RIA channel to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Identify firm and firm representative needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Manage Capital Client Group presence, relationships, and business results with key RIA firms.
  • Deliver motivational and informative presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in third-party distribution with a broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA, and ETF business and sales cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction and the ability to leverage technologies to create custom analysis.
  • Excellent communication and sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
  • Ability to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner.
  • One or more of the following designations: Series 7, 63, 66, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA.
What We Offer:

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
