Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our bridge projects in New Jersey. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bridge engineering, project management, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage bridge projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and construction professionals, to deliver projects that meet the needs of our clients.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, and ensure that all communication is clear, concise, and respectful.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, and make recommendations for improvement.
- BS in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 15 years of experience in bridge engineering, project management, and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of bridge engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- MS in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in client development, proposal writing, and general marketing.
- Knowledge of the NJ Transportation industry.
