Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative - CSR - Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, dispatching service calls to our field technicians, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC and plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and computer
  • Dispatch service calls to field technicians in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage client and technician communication to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Word (a plus)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16.00-$18.00, a full-time schedule, Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch.
