This role includes the management of the social work program to ensure compliance with accreditation standards for patient care. The director will supervise all clinical, social work, and recreational therapy staff, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain continuity of care for service users. The position requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to foster professional relationships.

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Base Salary: $83,000, with potential earnings up to $105,000 based on experience and qualifications.
  • Incentives: 5% longevity bonus at 1 and 3 years of service.
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Vacancies: One (1)
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a master's or Ph.D. degree in social work or a related field, along with a minimum of five (5) years of professional clinical social work experience in a healthcare or community setting, including two (2) years in a supervisory or administrative role.

Licensure in Oklahoma as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, or a comparable credential in the behavioral health sector is required.
