  • Proposal Development: Collaborate on technical reviews for RFQ and RFP submissions.
  • Industry Representation: Participate in presentations on relevant industry topics and lead project team interviews.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project teams, ensuring effective workload management and adherence to milestones.
  • Update and maintain workload forecasting summaries on a monthly basis.
  • Support the development of fee proposals, ensuring consistency across various client and project types.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage billing processes for assigned projects.

Team Development:

  • Design and implement training sessions and mentoring programs for staff.
  • Manage staff certifications and continuing education initiatives.
  • Identify and address areas for internal improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Client Standards and Documentation:

  • Maintain performance requirements and design documents for clients.
  • Develop client specifications and standards for construction documentation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and create client-facing reports.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in CAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
  • Experience in creating specifications and cost opinions using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ensure consistency in drawing development across various sectors.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in the telecommunications and security sectors.
  • 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on design build or plan spec.
  • Strong background in client interaction within consulting or construction environments.
  • RCDD Certification for telecommunications roles and PSP Certification for security roles are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous but not mandatory.
