Overview

Rainier Springs, a nationally recognized healthcare organization, seeks passionate and goal-oriented team members to join our interdisciplinary team. We specialize in compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies to patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse disorders, including group, individual, and family therapies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation, adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines.
  • Actively communicate with clients, families, and outside referral sources, demonstrating proactive communication and documentation of all correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, utilization review, and nursing staff members, to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Work with the utilization review department to ensure communication on length of stay and treatment of patients.
  • Create thorough discharge plans that meet the client's after-care needs, ensuring timely completion of necessary paperwork.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling or relevant licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current unencumbered state licensure per state requirements.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact.
  • Prior work experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
