Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist III to join our Behavioral Health Program in Vancouver, WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide assessments, referrals, and case management services to adults in need of mental health support.
Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, and suicide risk assessment and treatment
- Collaborate with other teams and parties to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize patient registries to track and measure patient goals and clinical outcomes
- Lead therapy groups and provide education on mental health topics
- Master's degree in psychology or social work from an accredited college or university
- Qualification as an MHP in accordance with state WACs
- Active Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor License or mental health Associate License
- Four or more years of experience in the field
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Competitive hourly rate of $32.26
