Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Program, you will provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment planning to our diverse patient population.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, with a strong background in psychological diagnostics. Four or more years of clinical experience in the field is required, along with an active, approved license from the Washington State Department of Health.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35.35 and an annual salary of $73,528. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking a dedicated professional who shares our values.
Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.
- Work with CDMHP's, inpatient facilities, including Western State Hospital, to ensure proper protocols are followed for hospitalization authorization and during discharge planning.
- Provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment plans, as well as lead groups.
- Support the agency efforts to ensure compliance with WACs, RCWs, and clinical contracts.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work.
- Four or more years of clinical experience in the field.
- Active, approved license from the Washington State Department of Health.
- Meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
- Hold and maintain an active Washington State Mental Health Counselor License, Marriage and Family Therapist License, or Independent Clinical Social Worker License.
