* Develop tools and resources for youth ministry staff
* Attend church events and meetings as requested
* Recruit, train, and lead volunteers
* Provide care and support to youth and families
* Foster open communication with parents and guardians
* Attend training and complete required certifications

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Theology, Christian Education, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in youth ministry leadership
* Strong Biblical knowledge and comprehension
* Ability to teach Biblical concepts in a practical manner
* Experience managing a budget and leading a team
* Positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm

Physical Requirements:

* Primarily works in a typical office or sanctuary environment
* May require walking, hearing, speaking, and standing to conduct sermons and minister to members
* Ability to manage stress and build professional relationships

Travel Requirements:

* May require travel for services, outreach, and meetings
* Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record

Concord Church Membership:

* Required to be a member of Concord Church
* Expected to hold the same religious beliefs as expressed by Concord Church"}
