Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at Turning Leaf Agency Corporation. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized support and care to residents in a residential setting
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encouraging residents to participate in recreational and social activities
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Providing information and support to residents and their families

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
