Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at Match Staffing. This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth, expand our client base, and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue, improve market share, and diversify product lines.
  • Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance sales and recruitment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with district and divisional teams to develop sales strategies aligned with business plans and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, changes, and trends to ensure knowledge of best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or recruiting, preferably in staffing products or services.
  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business, build relationships, communicate effectively, and network.
  • Strong internal/external customer focus, personal leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and work within a team environment.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and performance incentives.
