About the Job:

  • Drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and contribute to the company's success by developing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance sales and recruitment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with district and divisional teams to develop sales strategies aligned with business plans and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, changes, and trends to ensure knowledge of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to stay informed about industry changes and community needs.
  • Provide sales development and support on new business opportunities.
  • Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities using prospecting skills and community/business networking opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards, changes, and trends both nationally and in the defined district.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and performance incentives.
