Compensation: $21.63 per hour

Job Summary: As a Therapist/Discharge Planner at Aspire Health Partners, you will be responsible for providing essential functions to assist psychiatric inpatient clients in achieving and maintaining stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to support client well-being.
  • Identify placement needs and link clients with supportive resources.
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans with a focus on immediate discharge goals.
  • Efficiently document all activities and provide regular input to treatment plans.
  • Provide support and crisis intervention as needed, while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance job performance and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level II Background clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree is highly preferred.
