Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wind Turbine Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at EDF Renewables. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbine assets, including planning and executing maintenance activities, supervising maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute maintenance activities for wind turbine assets, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including tracking progress, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising maintenance teams and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of wind turbine maintenance procedures, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent travel to wind turbine sites, including climbing and working at heights. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
