Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Operate the cash register, handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to food safety and security guidelines
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills


Requirements

  • Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly throughout shifts
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts
  • Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
