**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Producer to join our team in New York. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing editorial projects from initial bid to delivery, ensuring that every project meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of editorial projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Cost Management: Track and manage project costs, ensuring that budgets are delivered as agreed upon.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with editors, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the Head of Production, Executive Producer, and Managing Director.

**Requirements**

  • Post Production Experience: Proven experience in commercial advertising, with a strong understanding of post-production workflows.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects.
  • Adaptability: Proactive personality, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
